Offers of compensation will continue to be an option consumers can pursue off-MLS through negotiation and consultation with real estate professionals.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Agents working with a buyer must enter into a\u00a0<strong>written buyer agreement<\/strong>\u00a0before the buyer can tour a home. Notice will be distributed by mail and electronically.
